Rev William Taylor served in the British Army as an officer in the Royal Green Jackets for five years before being ordained. In 1995 he joined St Helen's Church, Bishopsgate, in the heart of the City of London, and became Rector in 1998. the ministry at St Helen's has for many years had a focus on reaching the business community; there are also vibrant Sunday congregations reaching, amongst others, students, young workers, families and internationals. Williams is married to Janet, and they have three children.

Jonathan Aitken was a Cabinet Minister when John Major was Prime Minister. He resigned in order to fight a legal case against the Guardian newspaper, declaring his desire ‘to cut out the cancer of bent and twisted journalism… with the simple sword of truth.’ However, he was found guilty of perjury and received an eighteen month prison sentence. During this period his reading of the Bible led to a profound Christian faith.

Bella Scott is a student who was left paralysed following a car accident in her late teens. She has a wonderful story to tell about the way in which God touched her life in the years after the accident.

Henry Olonga was the first black cricketer to play for Zimbabwe. His test career as a fast bowler was cut short in 2003 as a result of his famous armband protest – alongside current England coach Andy Flower – against the regime of Robert Mugabe. Henry is also a very good singer.
